What we do

Shalifay has three investment streams

Residential Real Estate

Shalifay invests in 1-4 units properties across North America.  A core focus for Shalifay is the Midwest.  

We target 12% cap rates on an unlevered basis and have executed on multiple fix and rent properties.  We are generally long-term investors. 

Seed Investments

We invest in business at the seed and pre-seed stage, typical investment size is $25,000 to $250,000.  We invest in things we are comfortable with and understand.  This means a focus on FinTech and Saas, but we are always open to hear an interesting pitch. 

Frontier Markets

We have spent our career focused on Frontier Markets and it excites us like few other things.  When we get the opportunity to invest in markets that are nascent and there is some social good, we get very excited.
